When are pick ups?
Pick ups are between 9am - 11am and 4pm - 6pm by arrangement on Fridays
When do I return items?
Return is between 4pm - 6pm Sunday! Or if the party is on Sunday afternoon we can arrange a more suitable return time.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A $50 deposit secures your party booking. The balance of your party is due closer to the party date.
Is there a Bond to pay?
Yes. All parties have a $50 bond, larger parties may have a higher bond. The bouncy castle has a bond of $90. The bond is refundable once items have been returned and checked by Party Queen for any damage. Items must be returned in the same used/clean condition that they were hired out. Bond refunds are processed within 3 business days.
Can you delivery my party?
Yes! We have a minimum fee of $20 for delivery and $20 for collection. Please contact us for a quote to deliver to your venue. Collection fees do not include having us pack-down your party.
Help, I am not creative!
Don't worry, all our parties are designed to be easy to set-up. Talk to us when you collect your party about any queries you have. Or if you simply want to hand over the decorating reins, we are happy to offer our set-up service too. Minimum charge is $120+travel. Contact us for a quote.
What if I need to cancel?
If for any reason you need to cancel a booking, unfortunately there are cancellation fees.
If cancelled within 28 days of delivery and/or event date $50.00
If cancelled any time from 7 days up until delivery/ and or event date $100
If cancelled within 24hours the full party hire costs will be payable to Party Queen.
